Fix broken links in the Chinese docs (#23289)
When I used docusaurus to make Chinese documents, I found that there were links on several Chinese pages with problems on docusaurus, so I modified the links on some pages and removed some useless tags --------- Co-authored-by: yeyuanjie <yecao100@126.com> Co-authored-by: Lunny Xiao <xiaolunwen@gmail.com>
